Malkin & Maxwell LLP was formed from the merger between Ng & Koh and Vincent Yeoh & Co in June 2008.

In Ng & Koh, and now at Malkin & Maxwell LLP, we have been actively servicing our clients in the real estate, construction and strata management industries. In 2010, we were one out of four founding law firms who founded Mozaic Group Law Practice, led by Senior Counsel Goh Phai Cheng.
