After graduating from the National University of Singapore as a state scholar, Eric was recruited as State-Counsel at the Attorney-General's Chambers. After 5 years, he moved to M/s Lee & Lee, M/s Shook Lin & Bok, M/s Ng & Koh and is now a partner at Malkin & Maxwell LLP.
Eric's expertise is in the fields of construction, strata management and family law. He has acted in construction claims in the High Court as well as arbitration. He was instrumental in the formation of the Natural Stone Association and is now legal adviser to the Specialist Trades Alliance, Singapore : an alliance of 10 trades associations who collectively represent most of the various trades in the construction industry. He is also an accredited adjudicator with the Singapore Mediation Centre and an accredited arbitrator with the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators.
From year 2000 to 2004, Eric led his alliance of 10 trades associations in a campaign for more equitable contract environment in the construction industry. The campaign succeeded and a new legislation, Building and Construction Industry Security of Payment Act, was passed in 2004. The new legislation came into operation in 2005.
Eric has also acted in many disputes over land and property transactions. His experience in conveyancing and real estate led to his recommendation to the 1999 Parliamentary Committee convened to amend the Land Titles (Strata) Act. His recommendations were incorporated into the 2005 Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act. At present, Eric is the legal adviser to several retail and commercial strata management corporations along Orchard Road as well as residential strata management corporations in other parts of Singapore.

Vincent Yeoh specialises in commercial and property law.
A Singapore government scholar, Vincent Yeoh graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1985 with a Bachelor of Laws (Upper Second Class Honours) (among the top in class), and earned a Master of Laws (first in class) in 1988. He served in the Subordinate Courts and the Supreme Court of Singapore before entering private practice. He was in the Panel to Review Conveyancing Practice under the Singapore Academy of Law, he sat in the Conveyancing Practice Committee, and he represented the Law Society of Singapore in meetings with the Singapore Land Authority, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore, and Association of Banks of Singapore on property matters. He has taught business law at university and contributed article on commercial law in legal journal.
He advises on and structures commercial transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, franchising and distribution. Fluent in Indonesian, Malay and Chinese, he advises on and structures cross-border investments in countries such as Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei and China in various sectors including plantation, hotel, property development, mining and telecommunication.
He is one of the pioneers of enbloc sale and joint redevelopment. Apart from handling these, he handles property development and REIT transactions, and acts for banks in loan documentations.
He conducts commercial and property litigation in the High Court and the Court of Appeal of Singapore.
